Biography

One foot in theory, one foot in practice. White Settler. Passionate about education, connecting people with resources for learning and growth, and community engagement. Focus on issues related to science, eco-social justice and community-based organizations, often through the lens of food. My strengths in project management and adaptability continue to bring me success. My work in teacher education keeps me grounded in real-life concerns. I keep up-to-date with research and theory through conferencing, writing and reviewing for journals.
