Submit your Statement of Intent and Commitment Deposit


Submit your Decision Reply Form in your application portal and submit your non-refundable $500 deposit to reserve your place at Woodbury for Fall 2026. We are excited to welcome you to Âé¶¹´«Ã½¼¯ÍÅ!

Off-Campus Housing

Choose the category that best describes you (A or B) and follow its instructions:

A. U.S. DOMESTIC STUDENTS
(U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, or U.S. Asylees or Refugees):
Complete the beginning October 1 to receive maximum graduate student loans.

The FAFSA Application deadline was on March 2nd and has passed. However, you can submit a FAFSA application by going to

B. INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
(Students who need a non-immigrant visa to attend Woodbury):
• International Students outside the U.S.: Woodbury will issue new I-20 once all necessary documents are submitted, including the non-refundable $500 commitment deposit and proof of adequate financial guarantee.

• International Students residing in the U.S. with F-1 Visa Status: Âé¶¹´«Ã½¼¯ÍÅ.S. institution currently holding your I-20 SEVIS record must fill out a Woodbury Transfer I-20 form.

Once your SEVIS record is transferred and released, you will be issued a Woodbury I-20.

Save the date for in-person orientation on Friday, August 28th! More details will be shared as details become available over the summer. Be sure to check your email often for updates.

Attendance at orientation is mandatory for all students.

All School of Architecture Graduate Students are required to attend Groundworks Orientation which will be held every day starting the week of August 24th. Times and meeting locations will be shared with you in the coming months.

All official transcripts, evaluations, and test scores must be submitted prior to the start of the semester. In addition, international students (if applicable) must submit their official course-by-course foreign transcript evaluations from a prior to the start of the semester.

Form I-20 Documentation

A Form I-20 is generated after applicant has accepted the offer of admission by submitting their non-refundable commitment deposit along with the following documentation:

  • Passport – Submit a copy of applicants’ passport, along with that of any dependents who will apply for an F-2 visa.
  • Financial Guarantee – Submit proof of financial support in the form of a bank statement dated within the last six months. Financial support must be sufficient to cover student expenses for one full academic year. Bank statements must be original, and on letterhead from a checking, savings, or time deposit account. Brokerage (stock funds), real estate, or any other non-liquid assets are not acceptable. All bank statements must be in English and in U.S. dollar currency or its foreign equivalence.
  • Transfer I-20 Form – The Transfer I-20 Form is only required for applicants who are currently in the United States with an F-1 visa granted by another institution.

Submission of falsified documentation will result in university admission denial or termination after enrollment.

In order to protect our students from contracting vaccine-preventable illnesses, Woodbury has implemented a plan that will require housing and International students to provide proof of vaccination and/or immunity to vaccine preventable diseases and undergo tuberculosis screening test.
